TERMS & CONDITIONS

● EARLY CHECK-IN: Free from 12 PM and subject to availability. 

● LATE CHECK-OUT: Free until 2 PM and subject to availability. 

● Rates for two people. 

● Extra charge for three or more people *exceptions apply*. 

● American breakfast included. 

● The established rates include 19% taxes (16% VAT + 3% ISH) and 10% service charge. 

● A 100% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. 

● Upon arrival, we request an official ID and will hold 1000 MXN per night for any possible extra charges in the hotel. 

● CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS. 

● Pets are not allowed on the premises. 

● We do not have private parking, but there are parking lots less than a block from the hotel.

● Non-refundable rates. However, in case of any complications with your reservation, we can offer you a BALANCE CREDIT with a date change up to 6 months based on our availability and season. This must be requested via email at the following address reservas@hotelsinnombre.com. NOT APPLICABLE DURING HIGH SEASON.

● If you do not show up at the hotel (No Show), you will be penalized with the deposit paid for the stay.

● Early departure from the hotel will be considered as a cancellation, and there will be no refund. In the unfortunate event that a traveler falls ill during their stay or needs to shorten their vacation, it is the guest's responsibility.

● Pets are not allowed on the premises.
